NOTICE OF OFFICIAL EARTHLY TRANSITION: MR. DWAYNE DEXTER SINGLETON - Wednesday, May 15, 1968 – Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at Age 58

It is with profound sorrow, yet with reverence for a life that was lived, a legacy that was established, and memories that shall forever remain, we respectfully announce the Official Earthly Transition of Mr. Dwayne Dexter Singleton, a beloved and cherished member of his community.

Mr. Singleton, a native of Valdosta, Georgia, was born on May 15, 1968. On Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at the age of 58, he answered the call from this earthly life.

Though his physical presence has departed from among us, the imprint of his life remains. His memories will continue to live within the hearts of those who knew him, loved him, shared moments with him, and were blessed by his presence.

As family and friends pause to mourn his departure, may they also find comfort in celebrating the life he lived and the memories he leaves behind. May his legacy speak through the lives he touched and the love he shared.

A MESSAGE OF COMFORT: If I should die before the rest of you Break not a flower nor inscribe a stone, Nor, when I’m gone, speak in a Sunday voice, but be the usual selves that I have known.

Weep if you must. Parting is hell. But life goes on, so sing as well.

If I should die and leave you here awhile, be not like others sore undone, who keep long vigils by the silent dust and weep. For my sake turn again to life and smile, nerving thy heart and trembling hand to do Something to comfort other hearts than thine.
