I've been studying Reiki level 2 and next will be level 3. So glad to have the ability to help others heal with these techniques.

Remember to be grateful for the people who genuinely care for you and are consistent with their support. They are extremely hard to find.

If you have no one then look in the mirror and appreciate yourself for all that you do.

Love on yourself.
Take yourself out and do things that you would want a partner to do with you.
