I PASSED!!! 🙌 This is a huge deal for me, not only professionally, but also personally. I’ve struggled with test anxiety my whole life and this exam was definitely nerve racking for me. However, I studied hard and it paid off. I’m officially a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator!!! 👩🏻‍🏫

Postpartum: Instagram vs. reality. To be completely honest, I was a complete wreck during this phase. Nothing could have prepared me for the reality of sleepless nights and basically becoming a human milk factory (not to mention my healing body). It’s ok to be not ok. It’s more than ok to reach out for help. We are not meant to do this alone. There is support out there.❤️
