Kaiser Permanente Napa-Solano Family Medicine Residency Program

We are family medicine residency program dedicated to full spectrum family medicine with a focus on community medicine, social justice, and global health.

Our residency program offers a strong evidence-based educational experience that includes:
• Direct patient care responsibility for a culturally, ethnically, and economically diverse patient population
• Experienced faculty with years of experience educating residents and medical students
• Excellent teaching and patient care experiences in the Family Medicine Center, hospital, and across all spe

cialties
• The opportunity to teach medical students from multiple medical schools and interact with residents from UC San Francisco (Family Medicine) and Kaiser Oakland (Pediatrics)
• A commitment to social justice and providing care to those who live in the communities we serve
• Opportunities to participate in the Kaiser Permanente Global Health Program, with established sites in Vietnam, Cambodia, Kenya, Zambia, and several other locations
• Robust scholarly activities with the opportunity to participate in quality improvement, research, presentations, and publication

Together, they cleared one of the garden beds in preparation for seasonal plantings, helping create a welcoming space for the community while learning the value of teamwork and service. Thank you to everyone who made this meaningful experience possible.
