I’m proud to announce that Brandon Patin has been promoted to Director of Field Operations at Regimental Safety!

Brandon has been with me since the beginning. Over the past two years, he has worked for me in three different states, made a huge impact on our projects, and set the example for others to follow.

In his new role, Brandon will help manage our field staff, support the hiring process, and mentor our team as they grow into better safety professionals and leaders.

Brandon, I appreciate everything you have done for me and Regimental Safety. You have earned this opportunity, and I’m excited to watch you grow as we continue building this company together.

This past weekend we had the chance to get the team together to celebrate 2025 over dinner and a great night out. I truly appreciate everyone taking the time to be there and enjoyed the opportunity to relax and connect outside of work.
Thank you Brandon, Justin, Ted, Ken, Brooke, Maci, and Nel for everything you do day in and day out. Kelly and Willie were missed—we’ll catch you at the next one.
