Today, we're celebrating all the dads, dads-to-be, and partners who show up with love, strength, and unwavering support.

Birth is not just the beginning of a baby's journey—it's also the beginning of a father's journey.

One of the most valuable gifts you can give your partner during pregnancy and birth is your presence. Taking time to prepare together, learning comfort measures, understanding the birth process, and knowing how to provide support can make a tremendous difference in how your partner experiences labor and birth.

You don't need to have all the answers. You don't need to be perfect.

You simply need to be present.

The hand you hold during a contraction, the encouragement you offer when labor feels hard, the confidence you help build through preparation, and the love you show in those first moments after birth all help create a strong foundation for your growing family.
