Today, after yoga, something happened that made me pause.
Class ended… but no one really left.
For another hour, we sat together, talked, laughed, shared stories, listened to one another, and connected.
And I left realizing something:
The small, quaint, intimate nature of Hoosier Yoga Spot might just be our greatest gift.
Yes, our space is small.
Yes, our capacity is limited.
And yes, we currently offer one class a day.
But what we’ve created in that little space is something that can’t be measured by the size of the room or the number of classes on the schedule.
It’s a place where you can exhale.
A place where you can be yourself.
A place where you’re known, welcomed, and safe.
And somehow, this little community of people has become a group that genuinely cares about one another.
People are taking better care of themselves.
They’re showing up for themselves.
They’re encouraging one another.
They’re celebrating each other.
They’re connecting in ways that extend far beyond the yoga mat.
Maybe we don’t need to be bigger.
Maybe we just need to keep creating more of this.
A small space with a big heart.
A place to move, breathe, connect, and belong.
That’s the Hoosier Yoga Spot. And I’m so grateful you’re here. 🤍
