CNA to LVN Equivalency Program

Our program is specifically designed to support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in California who are seeking to obtain LVN licensure by challenging the Board of Nursing, with the required experience.

To be eligible, applicants must meet the following prerequisites:

5 years of acute care experience, 6 weeks of maternity experience, 6 weeks of pediatric experience, a high school diploma, and a clean background.

It is essential that these requirements are met prior to program commencement. Additionally, California licensure requirements include completion of a pharmacology course with a minimum duration of 54 hours, which is incorporated into our program. The program consists of three key components: online pharmacology coursework, application assistance, and a CNA to LVN course that outlines the Board challenge process. Throughout the application period, we will work closely with you to ensure a smooth process. The program fee is $699, with a $150 registration fee that can be waived with full payment. Upcoming session dates are February 1, 2026, July 1, 2026, and December 1, 2026. Due to limited space, we encourage interested candidates to register promptly at
