With the warm weather now, make sure you're looking up at the drifting clouds and not just your phone! "Tech Neck"—the strain caused by looking down at screens—puts immense pressure on your cervical spine and can actually trigger the "fight or flight" response in your nervous system. Remember to hold your phone at eye level and take "posture breaks" every 30 minutes to keep your nervous system (and those adrenals!) in a state of ease.

➡️If you’ve been by the office lately, you’ve seen the incredible transformation happening in the building across the street. Renovating a historic space is a big job, and Amy has been so incredibly thoughtful every step of the way. She’s reached out constantly to make sure the construction noise and dust weren't bothering our patients, and she’s even surprised us with cookies just to say "thanks for being patient" with the extra traffic!
