HRSA announces its annual Health Center Quality Leader Awards based on the previous year's UDS report. We are excited to share that FHC has earned three national quality awards this year!

Silver Quality Leader for the second consecutive year, recognizing FHC among the top 11–20% of health centers nationwide for overall clinical quality. Only 9 health centers in Ohio received this recognition.

National Quality Leader – Diabetes for the second consecutive year, recognizing our outstanding diabetes care. Only 12 health centers in Ohio earned this award.

Advancing Health Information Technology (HIT) for Quality for the third consecutive year, recognizing our commitment to using health information technology to improve patient care. 44 health centers in Ohio received this recognition.

Congratulations to our entire team! These awards reflect the dedication and hard work each of you bring every day. We continue to fulfill our mission of providing high-quality, patient-centered care!
