We have received our last shipment of FREE at home Covid + Flu A/B tests. If you would like to keep some on hand for the upcoming cold and flu season, stop by our office at 185 Commercial Drive, Vanceburg, KY 41179.
They are available on a first come, first serve basis. Please take as many as you need but be mindful of others.

If the Kentucky Department for Public Health decides to reinstate this program we will announce it here.

Help support local families, on a schedule that works for you.

The Lewis County Health Department is hiring H.A.N.D.S. Home Visitor to work with new and expectant parents across Lewis County.

This is a flexible, contract position paid at $52 per completed visit. You set your availability, and your income is based on the number of visits you complete.

This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, caring, comfortable talking with families, and interested in helping parents and young children get off to a strong start.

Experience in social services, health care, education, childcare, family support, or a related field is helpful.
