Meet Rue! 🤎🐴

This 10-year-old seal bay Quarter Horse came to Triple H from a foster family and quickly found his place here. He’s Popcorn’s resident “teen brother,” professional pasture roughhouser, treat enthusiast, and expert ear-scratch enjoyer. 😂

Basically… if you’ve got treats and a good ear-scratch, Rue is your guy. 🥹🐴🤎

Maybe horses don’t just calm us… maybe they help our bodies remember how to slow down. 🐴🤎

They can sense our heartbeat, notice changes in our body language, and respond to the energy we bring around them. That quiet connection can create a sense of safety and regulation—one reason equine-assisted therapy can be so meaningful for people working through anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trauma.

Sometimes healing doesn’t need words. Sometimes it looks like standing beside a horse and just breathing. 🤍
