✨ Mom of the Month! ✨

Each month, we recognize a mom (or family member) who plays a beautiful role in our patients’ success. Quality therapy and evidence-based practices can make a big difference, but true progress happens when there is a faithful family member putting in the work at home. 💕

This month, we are celebrating Jamie Desfosse as our M.O.M. (Mom of the Month)! 🌸

💬 Her story:
“Junior has the biggest personality, he’s a friend to everyone and loves animals. As a parent, my number one thing was wanting to understand how I could help him and communicate with him. One of the biggest challenges was having him understand simple commands and understand how to respond to his emotions. From the first day, my son has been with Abby, we have loved her ever since. She has always helped me understand ways to grow with him and has always answered questions I’ve had. She’s definitely gifted at what she does. I remember when I used to just pray he would say ‘mama’ or even say anything at all. Now he is talking nonstop, he’s learning to communicate and ask for help, he’s learning how to advocate for his needs. I could not be more proud of him!”

We love celebrating family members who radiate strength, grace, and unconditional love. Yay, Jamie and Junior! 💕
