We are a Faith Based Adult Family Home taking care of patients with Chronic Respiratory Needs. As of now, we are in search of a full-time CNA who can work 12-hour set night schedule and is willing to advance their skills. Night schedule is 7pm-7am Thur, Fri, Sat. Essential Functions:
Reassesses patient status after intervening as per training.
Follows an individualized nursing plan of care.
Coordinates patient care activities, when needed.
Appropriately performed delegated care per scope of practice.
Establishes priorities for patient care.
Treats assigned patients based on acuity levels
Correctly carries out the physician's plan of care.
Accurately documents in the EMR.
Documents care according to policy and procedures
Accurately calculates and administers medications, as needed.
Initiates appropriate measures in emergency situations.
Assists others with patient care activities when own assignment is completed.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
One (1) year of experience as a CNA preferred
WA DOH Active and unencumbered license.
Completion, or ability to complete of WA DSHS approved AFH minimum qualifications.
Must obtain BLS with AED certification within thirty (30) days of hire, if not already possessed.
Must obtain current TB ppd, or gold top serum test within two (2) days of hire [2-step if never been done before].
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience as a CNA around Ventillator Setting preferred.
Computer keyboarding skills preferred.
