At Skipping Stones, therapy goes far beyond the therapy room.

We’ve created realistic, child-friendly spaces where our clients can safely practice important real-world experiences like going to the doctor, dentist, optometrist, and barber shop. From sitting in a dental chair to practicing haircuts, vision checks, and medical exams, these environments help children build confidence, reduce anxiety, increase tolerance, and develop independence through play-based and assent-based learning.

Our goal is to help every child feel more comfortable and successful not only in clinic, but out in the community and in everyday life.

Because life skills matter. And practice in a safe, supportive environment can make all the difference.
