Wondering which shoe is Dr. Tek Fish favorite? It’s no secret. He wears them every. single. day. 👟

He recently shared with EatingWell why the HOKA Arahi 8 is a great option for people with flat feet, and the important detail that can make or break any shoe: the right fit.

A new chapter in foot and ankle care is beginning at Clover Podiatry. 🍀🦶

We’re excited to now offer minimally invasive foot and ankle surgery in our operating room with Dr. Karamlou. This allows us to provide more surgical options for patients while continuing to tailor every treatment plan to the individual.

In this video, Dr. Karamlou shares what makes MIS different, and why he’s so excited to bring this approach to Clover.

Happy Saturday! ☀️

This weekend we’re taking you to the iconic Timberline Trail on Mount Hood.

This breathtaking 40-mile loop features nearly 10,000 feet of elevation gain, vibrant summer wildflower meadows, and unforgettable glacial river crossings.

If you’ve been thinking about checking it off your hiking bucket list, the best time to go is now through mid-September.

Have you hiked the Timberline Trail? 🥾

Every patient has different goals.

One of Dr. Karamlou’s patients came in with a bunion and early signs that arthritis could become a problem. A joint fusion was an option, but she wanted to avoid it if possible.

After discussing the pros and cons, they decided on minimally invasive surgery (MIS) instead.

A few months later, she was back to her normal daily activities, wearing tennis shoes, with less pain, improved function, and little swelling or stiffness.

Not every patient is a candidate for minimally invasive surgery, but when it’s the right fit, it can be an excellent option.

The best place to start is with a conversation about what’s right for your foot. 🦶 💚

One of the things Dr. Linscheid enjoys most about being a podiatrist is the relationships he builds with his patients.

One story that has always stayed with him is a patient who was born with a severe foot deformity and struggled to walk. After four reconstructive surgeries, the patient surprised him with a coffee mug featuring his own X-rays and a simple message:

“Thank you for changing my life.”

It’s a reminder that podiatry isn’t just about feet. It’s about helping people get back to living the life they want. 💚

Most people don’t come to see me because they want “perfect feet.” They come because they want to walk without pain, get back to exercising, play with their grandkids, or simply make it through the day more comfortably.

That’s always the goal.

Here’s to taking the first step toward feeling better this week. 💚
