🥾 Hikers, this one's for you.

Whether you're tackling a mountain trail or enjoying a weekend walk around Vancouver, foot pain can quickly turn a great adventure into a frustrating one.

Dr. Tek Fish was recently featured in Backpacker magazine discussing common hiking-related foot injuries, including extensor tendinitis and metatarsalgia - two conditions often caused by overuse, elevation changes, and uneven terrain.

One of his biggest tips? Build mileage gradually and wear supportive footwear designed for the terrain you're covering.

Thanks to Backpacker Magazine for including Dr. Fish's insights.

The good news: Only certain types of pain mean you have to get off the trail. Here's how to tell.

Monday reminder: Sometimes the most powerful thing a healthcare provider can offer isn’t just treatment - it’s hope.

Every week, we meet people who have been told they’ve exhausted their options. That’s why we never stop looking for ways to help our patients get back to doing the things they love.

The future is bright. ☀️🍀

⛰️ June is National Great Outdoors Month!

One of the best parts of living in the Pacific Northwest is having so many beautiful places to explore right in our backyard.

Whether you’re walking the Vancouver Waterfront, hiking around Lacamas Lake, exploring the Salmon Creek Greenway, visiting Frenchman’s Bar, or enjoying the trails at Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge, summer is the perfect time to get outside and stay active.

Here’s to longer days, fresh air, and making the most of summer in the PNW. ☀️🍀

Great care is never just one person. 💚

Our medical assistants are a huge part of what makes Clover work - supporting patients, assisting our doctors, and helping every visit run smoothly from start to finish.

They’re the ones making sure you feel comfortable, taken care of, and confident in your visit.

We’re lucky to have them on our team. 🍀

Not every patient who walks through our doors has the same story.

Some are dealing with heel pain. 🦶Others have thick calluses, ingrown nails, neuropathy, wounds, or foot problems they’ve been putting off for years.

What they all have in common is wanting to get back to doing the things they enjoy.

That’s why we’re here. 🍀
