In my massage sessions, I incorporate several different modalities and tailor them to meet your personal needs. F

irm long relaxing strokes calm the tense muscles and ease the stress away. For those painful knots and chronic problem areas, I use a deeper tissue/treatment massage.... always checking in with you on the level of pressure. For our tired and sore joints, I integrate stretches and often include some "homework" stretches for you. ;) And, finally and possibly most importantly, I perform Reiki healing energy throughout the massage session. The massage session is yours, and your comfort, well-being, and serenity is very important to me. I closely listen to your needs and do my very best to help alleviate your pain and tension. I love what I do, and do what I love.... it is just that simple.
