There is something powerful about preparing a space before anyone ever walks through the door.

Today I’m hanging curtains in my studio. My little Zen Den.

On the surface, it looks like decorating.

But it isn’t.

It’s intention made visible.

I’ve spent months studying. Learning. Building. Becoming. All of that matters. But there comes a moment when you stop preparing for someday and start preparing as if it’s already here.

Every curtain hung.
Every shelf organized.
Every detail considered…

It’s a declaration.

“I’m ready.”

Whether you believe you’re signaling God, the Universe, your subconscious mind, or simply yourself - it changes something.

Your actions begin to match your vision.

Creation doesn’t start when the first client arrives.
It starts the moment you decide to make room for them.

Today isn’t just about curtains.

It’s about creating a space that reflects the future I’m choosing to step into.

And I have a feeling… this is just the beginning.

I am fascinated by this;

Ultimately, you find what you’re looking for.

If you go searching for reasons to be angry, you’ll collect them.
If you look for evidence that you don’t belong, you will find it everywhere. Not because you don’t in fact belong, but because the mind is a computer that does what you tell it to.
It will find evidence that you are sick if you tell it you are - and eventually create it in your body. It’s THAT powerful.
And…. If you dig long enough for someone’s flaws, you’ll eventually uncover them.

Not because the world is uniquely cruel.
Because your attention is incredibly powerful.

Life has a way of reflecting back whatever lens we’re willing to look through.

The same person can see betrayal where another sees a lesson.
One sees scarcity while another sees possibility.
One notices only what’s broken, while another can’t help but find beauty.

Neither is seeing the whole picture.
They’re seeing what they’ve trained themselves to notice.

The truth is, every one of us is carrying both light and shadow. Every one of us has moments we’re proud of and moments we’d rather forget. We are all, without exception, beautifully and undeniably imperfect.

So maybe the better question isn’t, “What am I finding?”

Maybe it’s, “What am I looking for?”

Because where your attention goes, your experience follows.

Choose your lens carefully.
It has the power to shape your relationships, your peace, your purpose… and ultimately, your life.

Are you struggling financially? There are so many looking for a better way - and many of the old ways of making money just no longer work. It’s crowded and noisy in a lot of the industries that used to pay well. My friends that drive Uber and DoorDash are getting hit hard by the price of gas and the competition.

Who do you know that needs a side hustle - a part time job - or a full time one?

This is N O T an MLM.
This is N O T a get rich quick thing. It’s a real career opportunity and possibly the greatest opportunity of our time.
It’s the last Trillion dollar business to go digital, and the income potential is very very real. And huge. IF you work it.
I said yes because I am hard wired to make a difference. I have been in the service industry my whole life. A healer. An empath. An entrepreneur. And at this stage of my life I really felt the need to stop giving away my time and energy and actually get PAID what I am WORTH. Without selling my soul.
It would kill my spirit to have a JOB where I had to punch a time clock and take a break or a vacation on someone else’s schedule. So I said yes to an opportunity and I’m very excited about it.

And here is the thing - that same opportunity is here for you as well.

There is an in-person meeting tonight in Ridgefield @ 5:30 - we are flying in our team leader Nick Sarnicola from Miami - so it’s not something that you can just “come to the next one”. But if you are seriously looking for a new career, know someone who is, or want to do something that matters, makes a difference and has serious income potential, please DM me for details.

I used to own a wellness center.
I had all the tools.
The gadgets. The certifications. The protocols.
And they helped.
But the biggest wellness breakthroughs?
They were free.
A walk outside.
A good conversation.
A full night’s sleep.
Laughing with people you love.
Purpose. Connection. Community.
AI can give information.
But healing happens when we feel seen, supported, and connected.
The tools can help.
But they are not the healing.
Sometimes the best medicine is taking off your shoes, stepping into the garden, and remembering you were never broken in the first place.
What’s a free wellness tool that’s changed your life?

People often talk about the value of a college education in terms of the diploma, the career opportunities, or the earning potential.
But as I sat watching Nate graduate from the University of Washington with a degree in Computer Science - an entire year early - I realized the real value goes much deeper than that.
The education happens in the classrooms.
The transformation happens everywhere else.
It happens when you’re living with roommates and learning how to navigate personalities, conflicts, and responsibilities.
It happens when you’re balancing finances, deadlines, work, relationships, and expectations.
It happens when you’re exhausted, overwhelmed, uncertain, and somehow find a way to keep moving forward anyway.
It happens when no one is standing over your shoulder telling you what to do, and you learn to manage your own life, make your own decisions, and live with the results.
The degree is proof that you mastered a subject.
The journey is proof that you mastered yourself.
What makes me most proud isn’t that Nate graduated early. It’s the man he became in the process. His discipline. His integrity. His work ethic. His ability to set goals and quietly, consistently achieve them.
And perhaps the greatest gift of all is seeing the people surrounding him. Every time we turned around, some nice young human was shaking his hand or embracing him. It’s one thing to love your child - but another level of respect to see how well he is loved by his peers.
And then…Watching his brothers, their wives, and his wonderful girlfriend celebrate him with such genuine love and joy filled my heart in a way I can hardly describe. The video says it all. They lift each other up - literally and figuratively.
As a parent, I don’t think there is a greater accomplishment than seeing your children love, support, and show up for one another.
The diploma is important.
But the character, resilience, friendships, memories, and love built along the way?
That’s the real education.
And this mama couldn’t be prouder.
Congratulations, Nate. We love you beyond words.

I went outside to water the garden.

That was the plan.

But somewhere between the hose, the sunshine, and the first w**d, I found myself barefoot in the dirt, pulling w**ds with my hands.

No podcast.
No phone.
No productivity goal.
No biohacking.

Just me and the earth.

Sometimes we don’t need another supplement, another course, another strategy, or another thing to optimize.

Sometimes we need to take our shoes off.

Touch the ground.

Get quiet enough to hear ourselves think.

Nature has a way of regulating what life dysregulates.

Today, my garden got watered.

But I think I was the one being tended to.

What does your nervous system ask for when it’s had enough?

For months, maybe years, you’ve been carrying things that no longer fit.

Relationships you’ve outgrown. Responsibilities that were never yours to carry. Habits that once protected you but now keep you small. Versions of yourself built from survival instead of freedom.

And maybe the most surprising part?

The struggle isn’t letting go.

The struggle is admitting you’ve already let go emotionally, but your actions haven’t caught up yet.

This Full Moon feels different.

Not dramatic. Not chaotic. Not destructive.

Clarifying.

Like finally cleaning a foggy window and realizing the answer was sitting on the other side all along.

I know this season has been that way for me.

I’ve spent years treating my body like a project to fix instead of an ally to love.

Years believing I had to prove my worth through hustle, achievement, helping, giving, doing.

Years carrying identities that served me once but no longer fit the woman I’m becoming.

Lately I’ve realized something powerful:

The next chapter doesn’t require becoming someone new.

It requires having the courage to stop pretending I’m who I used to be.

Maybe that’s what this Full Moon is illuminating for all of us.

Not what needs to leave.

But what no longer has power over us.

The fear.
The people-pleasing.
The guilt.
The old story.

And when those things lose their grip, something beautiful happens.

Your energy comes home.

Tonight, ask yourself:

What chapter ended emotionally long before I was willing to admit it?

Then thank it.

Bless it.

And leave it in the moonlight.

The woman you’re becoming is waiting on the other side.

What’s one thing you’re ready to release tonight?

What’s your favorite bougie indulgence?

I got my hair done today, and I swear I feel like a completely different person.

I don’t know how Olga does it. She’s part magician, part therapist, part friend. Somehow, a few hours in her chair can shift my whole outlook on life.

This is my ONE truly bougie self-indulgence that isn’t related to health, and I will never give it up.

There’s something about walking out with fresh hair that makes everything feel a little more possible. A little brighter. A little more “I’ve got this.”

Tell me - what’s the one thing you splurge on that instantly makes you feel like your best self?

You get to choose.
You get to reinvent.
You get to design a life that actually feels like freedom.

Some of us were taught to survive. Clock in. Stay safe. Stay small. But there comes a moment where your soul starts asking for more.

More freedom.
More impact.
More ownership of your time, your income, your future.

And no… that doesn’t have to mean building someone else’s dream forever.

If you’re looking for a path to financial freedom, I got you.
A real business.
A trusted industry.
Not an MLM.
Not another job disguised as freedom.

A way to build income with purpose. To work from anywhere. To create a life you don’t need to escape from.

Your past is not your prison. Your identity is allowed to evolve. And the life you want? You’re allowed to build it.

This revelation has me dancing.

DM me “FREEDOM” if you’re ready to explore what that could look like.

Sunday is for remembering that healing is not just green juice and bubble baths.
It’s slowing down long enough to hear yourself again.
It’s coffee and phone calls with people who fill your cup.
It’s dirt under your fingernails while your nervous system remembers you came from the earth.
It’s movement that honors your body instead of punishing it.
It’s preparing your supplements, your meals, your mind, your space… because future-you deserves care too.
Self care is not selfish.
It is stewardship.
Of your body.
Your energy.
Your peace.
Your purpose.
Some people recharge in silence.
Some through laughter around a table.
Some through worship.
Some through gardening, hiking, dancing, stretching, creating, resting, or learning something new.
There is no perfect formula.
Only the sacred responsibility of paying attention to what brings you back to life.
Protect that.
Prioritize that.
Build a life that your nervous system doesn’t need to escape from.
Sunday is not just preparation for the week.
It’s a reset for the soul.
