I went outside to water the garden.
That was the plan.
But somewhere between the hose, the sunshine, and the first w**d, I found myself barefoot in the dirt, pulling w**ds with my hands.
No podcast.
No phone.
No productivity goal.
No biohacking.
Just me and the earth.
Sometimes we don’t need another supplement, another course, another strategy, or another thing to optimize.
Sometimes we need to take our shoes off.
Touch the ground.
Get quiet enough to hear ourselves think.
Nature has a way of regulating what life dysregulates.
Today, my garden got watered.
But I think I was the one being tended to.
