I have been in practice for nearly 30 years specializing in working with adults. I have been using EMDR in practice for the past 10 years and consider myself an EMDR therapist. I am an EMDRIA Approved Consultant and an EMDR HAP Facilitator. In addition to EMDR, I hold certifications in perinatal mental health and as a clinical trauma professional. I host ongoing EMDR consultation groups for those

looking to hone their EMDR skills and for those pursuing EMDR certification. Additionally, I periodically host workshops on topics relevant to practicing EMDR therapy. My areas of clinical experience and EMDR include: perinatal mental health including perinatal loss and birth trauma, PTSD and complex PTSD, dissociative disorders, traumatic grief and loss, medical trauma, health anxiety, OCD, phobias, and attachment trauma.
