I love networking! And I especially love networking with other women in business. I’ve been a member of Women to Women Network for over a year now, and we are growing into Washington. The reason I joined WTWN: I can show up as my true authentic self, no masking or hiding what I do, and I’m accepted for all of me - whether I’m thriving or struggling, I’m seen & supported!

This beautiful human and I held our first healing retreat together this past weekend! It was glorious!!!
The women who showed up truly stepped into the power within themselves. It was magical to witness and hold sacred space for them. I look forward to the next one and many more to come!!!💗💗💗

Running with the trees & getting messages from Life. Today is was about feeling anxiety and accepting it as a gift that I’m no longer feeling numb to my emotions. That there may be messages in the anxiety for me to grow & flow with instead of thinking “why is this happening to me?!?” It’s all about doing my own healing work so I can better hold space for others doing theirs. 💗

Sometimes we go around in circles, and sometimes we can climb out of the circle on a spiral. We see a new view and perspective on an issue we thought we’d already figured out. Going around in circles can be frustrating. Climbing the spiral can be empowering and healing. Which journey would you rather take?

I'm excited to be offering my class Holding Energetic Space again!

This class is for professionals, especially those who work in the healing and healthcare field, to learn visualization/mediation tools for setting energetic boundaries for yourself, your clients, and your work space.

If you identify as an empath or highly sensitive, and find yourself
.. feeling anxious, scattered, unfocused while working with clients... going home feeling exhausted... loving your work, but you're feeling overwhelmed by it.

Let me teach you how to energetically prepare your space, so you
.. feel centered and grounded in your body... can stay present with your clients... hold a "safe" container for yourself, your clients, and your work.

The class is 2 hours and held via Zoom. You'll have the opportunity to practice the visualizations and see how they can fit into what you do for work.

If you are an LMT in Oregon or Washington, you'll earn 2 CEUs for taking this class. Unfortunately, I'm not able to offer CEUs to other professions at this time.
