Need help finding or keeping housing?

Lifeline Connections' Supportive Housing Program may be able to help if you:

- Are 18 or older
- Are Medicaid-eligible
- Have a behavioral, substance use, or other qualifying health need
- Are experiencing homelessness or at risk of losing housing
- Need support finding or maintaining housing

Think you may qualify? Walk in assessments every Tuesday, 1-3pm.

Last month at A Lifeline to Wellbeing, we proudly recognized the individuals and organizations who go above and beyond in partnership with Lifeline Connections to support our mission in our community.

This year’s John Cox Community Partner Award honored Mark Bayley of 3 Tree Tech for his critical technical support and his work to strengthen Lifeline Connections’ security infrastructure.

We also presented the Lifeline Connections Legacy Award to Rusty Williams, honoring 24 years of dedicated service on our Board of Directors and his leadership as a family member with lived experience.

Many thanks to this year’s nominees: Go The Distance, The American Legion Tum Tum Post 168, The Couve Collective, Carelon Behavioral Health, Doug Bourdo, MaryAnn Fiorito (Lockton), DeDe Sieler (Clark County Dept. of Community Services), and and Vanessa Gaston (Clark County Dept. of Community Services).

Are you in recovery and looking for a safe, supportive place to continue building stability and community?
Lifeline Connections is currently accepting applications for our women’s recovery residence.
✔ Fully furnished shared rooms
✔ Supportive sober living environment
✔ Recovery-focused community
Current Availability:
• 4 spaces available
Eligibility includes:
• 30+ days sober OR completion of a treatment program
• Engagement in continued recovery support
• Independent living skills
$500/month rent + $250 deposit
Rent assistance may be available.
