Hi my name is Wayne Swofford and I’m the owner of Lean On Me Care Giving and we are a leading home health care service agency, based in Vandalia, IL. Back in 2011, I started a business with the intent that we needed a locally owned cleaning agency to provide commercial and residential cleaning along with access to clean living for geriatric aged people. In 2015, I st

arted the other side of the business when I realized a need in the market for in-home-health-care as well. It wasn’t until January of 2020 when I formed the agency Lean On Me Care Giving to give my consumers a one stop shop. We are a privately owned agency and we pride ourselves on being professional, trusted, loyal, attentive to detail, and local. We are looking forward to adding locations to serve more customers in the area and potentially partnering with other surroundings counties.
