There’s a big difference between zoning out and truly resetting.

So many of us are walking around in a low hum of stress. Even when life looks “fine,” the nervous system can stay braced. shoulders tight, jaw set, breath shallow, sleep light.

Craniosacral therapy works gently with the structures around the brain and spine to support the body’s natural regulation. It’s subtle, but powerful. When the system feels safe enough, it shifts. Muscles soften. Breath deepens. The body stops guarding.

Massage supports this process too, helping release accumulated tension and restore movement and circulation.

For the past nearly five years, my energy has been devoted almost entirely to my children and to caregiving. It was a full season. One that asked for everything I had, and gave so much in return.

Now, I’m stepping into a new chapter.

I’m officially opening to 5 days (vs 1) in my practice, deepening my work of massage and craniosacral therapy with renewed clarity and gratitude. This work has always been how I give; through skilled hands, deep listening, and creating space for bodies to soften and recover.

I’m deeply thankful for this community and the ways we support one another. As a way of giving back, I’ve decided to offer two 50% off sessions each month for community members who may not currently have the resources to receive care. Healing touch should be accessible, especially during times of stress, transition, or fatigue.

One of my favorite gifts of being a guide in Craniosacral Therapy is the lack of direction. It’s not about chasing or fixing what’s “wrong.” It’s about truly listening—listening to what’s presenting itself in the client’s body and following what’s making itself available in that moment. There’s no agenda to "find the problem." Instead, I meet the body where it’s ready, gently holding space for what’s present, then stepping back and listening as a whole again.

And you know what? Sometimes, that’s enough to truly transform something.

In a world that’s constantly focused on fixing what’s broken, it feels revolutionary to just connect with what’s available—to honor and work with what’s there, instead of always searching for what’s missing. It’s a powerful reminder that healing doesn’t always have to be about doing; sometimes, it’s about being—holding space and allowing the body to guide its own process. 🌿💫

This approach has transformed the way I think about healing, not just in my practice but in life. What if we stopped focusing so much on what’s wrong and started connecting with what’s present?
