I have observed for many years now that when babies receive CST they develop with more ease. By restoring the structural alignment after birth the foundation is set up for proper development and more complex movement. As an OT as well I have been amazed with how the initial

Many teeth. Continues to present with mild tightness left shoulder- neck but her alignment is good and she is moving with symmetry and coordination. We love a CST baby 🤍🤍🦋🦋

A little distraction for this busy little 16 month old. Mom wanted to get him in for a secession before going out of town. Getting aligned before a long flight was the objective for this mommy & son duo 🤍 Thriving on vacation helps the happiness so around 🤘🏼

CST works on three main systems in the body- immune- nervous system and endocrine system. By gently releasing fascial tension patterns and restrictions in the structure which puts more strain on these systems, the body can naturally reset

CST creates better conditions in the body to fight infection and for the immune system to do its job. Boosting parasympathetic state ( rest and digest) - improved circulation of fluids and lynph. Better sleep which helps with immune support.
