So here’s a more grounded way to think about it.

Your body runs on bioelectricity. Every nerve signal, heartbeat, and cellular process produces measurable electrical activity.

Attachment Theory: What Earned Secure Attachment Actually Looks Like

Secure attachment isn’t something everyone starts with.

For many people, it’s something that gets built later — through awareness, experience, and intentional work.

And it doesn’t mean you never feel anxious or triggered.

It means you have enough internal stability to respond differently.

Do you feel you know yourself pretty well?

You've read the books. You've done some work. You understand, on some level, why you are the way you are.
