She is already stunning. This smile just needed the chance to catch up.
Over the years, her smile had broken down, and when she was ready to do something for herself, she took her time. She explored her options, shopped carefully, and ultimately chose us to help guide the process.

These are her temporaries, and they already tell a beautiful story.

This stage gives us the opportunity to refine the design, evaluate function, and shape a smile that feels as beautiful as it looks. She is wearing the vision now, and I cannot wait to see her finals.

Not every transformation follows a perfectly straight line.

This case challenged us.

Her upper arch was restored with crown and bridge, while her lower arch was rebuilt with All-on-X supported by six implants. Because her tissue was exceptionally thin, healing was more complicated than anticipated. Her suture line opened three separate times, ultimately requiring healing by secondary intention.

It took patience, close monitoring, and some course corrections along the way.

But she healed beautifully.

Today, she has six successfully integrated implants, a stable foundation, and a beautiful new smile.

This is part of what the ONCOURSE METHOD™ is about. Comprehensive dentistry isn't built around the assumption that everything will go perfectly. It's about having a thoughtful plan, knowing how to adapt when the course changes, and continuing toward the right outcome.

Today was another beautiful ONCOURSE METHOD™ Rebuild for an extraordinary patient.

He has spent his life building things with purpose—raising three strong, accomplished women and building and selling a successful engineering firm. So when his teeth continued to chip, fracture, and break, it only made sense to approach his mouth the way an engineer would: not by repeatedly patching individual problems, but by rebuilding the system from the foundation up.

Sometimes, it begins with helping someone who has spent years living with failing teeth, chronic infection, and discomfort.

This patient underwent a complete upper and lower full-arch rehabilitation several years ago.

Today, his smile is healthier, stronger, and designed to restore the confidence and function that had gradually been lost.

Cases like this remind us that dentistry is about so much more than appearances. It's about restoring the ability to eat comfortably, smile without hesitation, and improve overall health and quality of life.
