☀️🌧️🌈 Our Wonderful Weather Story Time is now on YouTube! 🎶

Did you miss us at Solis Hall this past Wednesday or have a little one who wants to experience the fun all over again? Our newest Jilly’s Corner Show episode is officially up!

We had such a fun morning exploring the WONDERFUL world of weather! We learned about ☀️ sunshine, 🌧️ rain, ☁️ clouds, ⛈️ thunderstorms, 💨 wind, 🌈 rainbows, and even ❄️ snow - all through music, movement, play, and plenty of silliness!

We sang “Colors in the Sky,” played along with some favorite action songs, and even had a visit from our newly hired meteorologist, Tracie the Triceratops! 🦖😂 Her weather forecasting skills may need a little work, but thankfully the kids were there to help her out!

What happens inside a storm cloud? ⚡ Why does the wind make the trees sway? 💨 Are all clouds the same? ☁️ And how does a rainbow appear in the sky? 🌈

Our little weather watchers are going to find out!

Join us Wednesday at 10 AM inside Solis Hall in Downtown Wellen Park for an interactive Jilly’s Corner LIVE adventure all about WONDERFUL WEATHER! 🌦️

We’ll sing, move, use our imaginations, explore sunshine, rain, wind, clouds, thunderstorms and rainbows, learn some super-simple weather facts, and get plenty of those sillies out along the way!

📚🎶 Families of Englewood, Venice, Wellen Park and other surrounding areas - come see Jilly’s Corner LIVE at the library this month!

We’re so excited to continue bringing Jilly’s Corner LIVE to the Elsie Quirk Library this month AND over the next several months!

If you have a toddler or preschooler at home and you haven’t joined us yet, our shows combine live music, storytime, puppets, movement, learning, and lots of opportunities for little ones to participate. Every show brings a new theme and a new adventure! 🎸📖✨

And while you’re there, be sure to check out everything else the library has going on for families! I’m including a copy of the upcoming library events with this post so all my local mamas, papas, grandparents, and caregivers can take a peek and save some fun dates. 📅

Libraries are such a wonderful resource for families, and there are SO many great opportunities to get the kiddos out of the house, meet other families, learn, play, and have some fun together.
