Hey Friends,
I haven't been very active on this page because I've been in the fight of my life. And now that I'm on the other side of healing stage 4 Lung Cancer I am asking for your support today. Please consider donating to our local YMCA in Ventura. They do so much for our community. I'm on the Livestrong team and this program has helped me heal my body through treatment and surgery, and my beautiful Lumi is supported by their adaptive programs. Here in these pics is my Livestrong family and Lumi in adaptive gymnastics. Even if its $10 a little goes a long way. Thank You In Advance and more to come from RadBot!

Sunday Fundays just got a little more funky with our Disco PJ Yoga Club! Join us for our 7th official Disco Yoga Party, "Bend 'n Beats!"
Grab your funkiest jammies, yoga mat, friends & family and head over to Breathe Wellness Center to Stop, Drop & Yoga!
Suitable for ages 5-95!
Ivy Glass will guide you through her signature style she calls, Kundalini Vinyasa Flow, YO! She sprinkles Disco Dance Breaks throughout the class ending in a group tree pose then a little Disco Nap, aka Savasana at the end.

Our Live DJ, StevieMixx will play his Disco Inspired beats creating the vibe where Night Club meets Yoga Studio. After Class he will pump up the Jams for a full on Dance Party!

Our local marketplace will be open for shopping! You can purchase healthy eats, drinks and local treats.
Side Chill out room will have mindful art projects with our friend Solnce Vera
