Hearing the word “prolapse” can feel overwhelming.
Your mind starts racing.
Is this permanent?
Is it going to get worse?
Am I going to need surgery?
And suddenly it feels like something is “wrong” with your body.
But a diagnosis doesn’t define your future.
Prolapse exists on a spectrum.
And for many women, symptoms can be improved — sometimes significantly —
with the right kind of support. That might look like:
Learning how to manage pressure in your body
Improving coordination between your core and pelvic floor
Making small changes to how you move and go about your day
Your body isn’t broken.
It just needs a different kind of support now. If you’ve been given this diagnosis, you’re not stuck — there are ways to feel better.
