July was the opening.
August was the exploration.
September is the new reality uploading.
The eclipses, nodal shifts, and outer-planet changes of this past year have been shifting the landscape—and we’re still moving through the integration of it all. We’re beginning to see systems, structures, relationships, and old ways of thinking being questioned and changed. Not because everything is falling apart—but because what once worked for us may no longer fit the reality we are moving into.
And no, this isn’t about doom and gloom.
That ain’t my style. 😉
It’s about rising.
It’s about recognizing that our definition of “community” is expanding beyond the things that have traditionally separated us.But compassion. Connection. Empathy. Community. Love.
And when our perspective changes, our reality changes.
And your body may notice it too.Because sometimes the body recognizes that something needs to change before the mind has caught up.
Maybe it’s an old belief. Maybe it’s a pattern.

The message coming through this week is: We’re processing information.
Your body and energetic field are making sense of what has occurred, what is changing, and what may be ready to filter out.
You don’t have to figure it all out right now.
Rest. Notice. Process.
Be present enough to hear what your body is asking for without forcing an answer.

This month invites us to explore with curiosity instead of judgment.
This week’s message asks us to explore abundance in a different way.
Maybe abundance isn’t about having more.
Maybe it’s found in the quality of your life.
✨ Quality rest.
✨ Quality connection.
✨ Quality presence.
When we meet ourselves with compassion instead of criticism, we begin to recognize the light that has always been within us.
And from that place, we naturally begin seeing that same light in others.
Perhaps the real exploration is remembering that we’ve never been separate from it.

Release what’s been holding you... so you can come home to yourself. 🤍
Your body is incredibly wise.
It learns patterns to help keep you safe.
Over time, those protective patterns can become the very things that keep you from fully living.
They may show up as:

THE OPENING ✨
As we move through this season of The Opening, don’t forget about your physical body.
As we expand emotionally, mentally, and spiritually, our body is adapting too. It is our vessel for this human experience.
This is a beautiful time to return to the basics.
🥬 Nourish yourself with mineral-rich foods.
💧 Drink plenty of water.
🍵 Slow down with a nourishing tea.
🌿 Rest when your body asks.
🌞 Spend time in nature.
When the body feels supported, the nervous system begins to settle.
And when the nervous system settles, the external noise becomes quieter.
That’s when your own inner voice becomes easier to hear.
Not because life suddenly changed...
But because you’ve created the safety to trust yourself again.
