Our Renaissance knights brought history to life with an exciting mock battle demonstration, showing our residents the skills, strength, and spectacle of medieval combat. It was history with a little clang and a whole lot of fun! 🏰⚔️

⚔️🏰 Huzzah! Our Renaissance Faire Culture Week was a grand adventure! 🏰⚔️
Our residents were transported back in time for a spectacular afternoon filled with knights, armor, history, and a little friendly combat! Two incredible Renaissance knights joined us to share the fascinating history behind their armor, demonstrate how it was worn, and give us a thrilling mock battle right here in our community! 🛡️⚔️
And, of course, our staff couldn't resist getting into the spirit of the day! From knights and villagers to princesses and wizards, our team came dressed for the occasion and helped make the experience truly magical. 👑🧙‍♂️🏹
There was plenty of laughter, curiosity, and interaction as our residents got up close with the armor—and even had a chance to meet their very own knights in shining armor! ❤️
At The Palms, Culture Week isn't just about learning history. It's about bringing history to life, creating memorable experiences, and having a whole lot of fun along the way!

On this Labor Day, we reflect with gratitude on the value of hard work, service, and dedication. We are thankful for our team members who go above and beyond to support residents each day, and for the residents whose lifetime of accomplishments, perseverance, and contributions continue to inspire us.
