Watching my kids learn new skills so fast reminds me
progress comes from trying, not overthinking.
In physical therapy, we see it all the timeā¦
waiting too long, pushing through pain, not asking for help,
thinking we can fix it ourselves, or saying āitās too expensiveā
while investing in everything else but our health (phones, beauty, buying clothes, trips, and so much more)!
Letting a partner, schedule, or habits talk us out of what we actually need.
Sometimes the hardest part is just starting.
