Hands-on treatment + regenerative technology working together.

We use visceral, soft tissue, and fascial techniques (specialized hands-on bodywork) to improve mobility, reduce restriction, and help the body move and feel better, followed by SoftWave therapy to support healing and recovery.

One of our favorite combinations when appropriate!

Always feeling tight? Like you constantly need to stretch, massage, or hit the Theragun?

We see this all the time and it’s usually not just ā€œtight muscles.ā€ It’s a sign something deeper isn’t working well.

Common root causes we look at:
• Core (abdominal) tension or weakness
• Pelvic floor dysfunction
• Posture and movement patterns
• Hypermobility or lack of stability
•Nervous system up-regulation

If you’re always chasing relief but it never lasts, it might be time to look at the bigger picture instead of just the symptoms.

A pessary is a small, flexible device placed in the va**na to support pelvic organs or support leaking.

If you’re dealing with prolapse or leaking, it can:
• Reduce pressure and heaviness
• Help prevent urine leakage
• Support your bladder, uterus, or re**um
• Keep you active without surgery

It’s simple, removable, and often life-changing when properly fitted. It’s often not discussed as option for younger women but it truly can be a game changer for many. šŸ¤

Curious if it’s right for you? A pelvic floor PT can help guide you.

Woah! 🤯

Unfortunately ā€œjust do kegelsā€ is rarely the answer. Every person is different and their needs should be individualized!!

Watching my kids learn new skills so fast reminds me
progress comes from trying, not overthinking.

In physical therapy, we see it all the time…
waiting too long, pushing through pain, not asking for help,
thinking we can fix it ourselves, or saying ā€œit’s too expensiveā€
while investing in everything else but our health (phones, beauty, buying clothes, trips, and so much more)!

Letting a partner, schedule, or habits talk us out of what we actually need.

Sometimes the hardest part is just starting.
It’s okay to have guidance. That’s what we do everyday.
We have a blueprint for healing, strategies, and techniques. Years of experience, pattern recognition, and speciality! We help you build a plan, adjust when things aren’t working, and support you through the process.

You don’t have to figure it out alone.

Yes, it’s an investment…
but feeling strong, confident, and capable in your body is priceless.

Kids don’t worry about doing it perfectly.
They just start and figure it out as they go.

As adults, we overthink, delay, and hold onto habits
even when they’re causing pain.

Whether it’s skateboarding or your body progress happens when you’re willing to try something different.

Don’t forget to love on your hamstringsšŸ’—

If you feel like your hamstrings are tight and often get cramps that’s usually a sign that they are weak.

Although many would resonate with this inner dialogue, the hamstrings are a major muscle group that we need every day! Don’t forget to show them a little bit of love!

Watch till the end of the video as even your local PT needs this reminder! šŸ˜‚

We were all kids once…

Before becoming PTs, clinic owners, admins, mental health therapist to be and nutritionists we were just little girls growing up with big dreams.

Swipe to see Laura, Tiffany, Jackie (baby arriving any day!), Nicole, and Valerie when they were little.

Can you guess who’s who? šŸ‘€

It’s pretty special that we now get to help so many people through some of life’s biggest moments. šŸ’›
