One year ago, this was just a wish. Today, it’s home. 🤍

We are still overwhelmed by the love from our community and members who came out to celebrate with us this past weekend — thank you for showing up.

Our founder Julia Clancy wanted to share a few words on what this past year has meant to her, and to this community that showed up and became family.

Thank you for helping a dream come true. Here’s to many more years of moving, breathing, and living bright together.

A year ago, this was just an idea. Today, it’s a home for so many of you.

✨ Meet Instructor Mariajose ✨

Mariajose will be teaching Alignment Flow Tuesday’s at 5:45pm starting June 30th.

Mariajose is a mother of three beautiful boys and holds certifications in Hatha Yoga, Sculpt Yoga, and Medical Assisting. Throughout her life, she has always known that she wanted to help others in any way she could.

She discovered yoga during the COVID-19 pandemic, and the peace, relaxation, and comfort she felt after each class were truly life-changing. It is a feeling she hopes to share with everyone who attends her classes.

In her classes, students can expect a focus on fitness, strength building, and improving stability. Her goal is to create a welcoming space where students can experience peace, growth, and self-love through their practice. She strives to ensure that every student leaves class feeling stronger, more centered, and empowered.

Wherever you are in your practice, that’s exactly where you’re supposed to be. 🤍
