The weather app said HAIL. The sky said, "Not today."

Despite all the weather warnings, we ended up with a beautiful evening at Windsor Mansion celebrating Mark & Maggie with 100 of their favorite people. ❤️

From shrimp cocktail and grass-fed sirloin caprese skewers to a grazing table, wood-fired pizza, garden herb salad, Bbq chicken, cookies, brownies......

Sometimes I look back at a menu like this and think, "Did two people really pull all that off?" 😂

Apparently we did.

And yes... we definitely got our steps in. 👟🔥🍕

A beautiful evening in Arlington celebrating Graham & Marie. ❤️

Nestled between the mountains, guests enjoyed a vibrant vegetable grazing display, cocktails under the string lights, and wood-fired pizza fresh from the oven as the sun set over the valley.

First wedding of the 2026 season is officially in the books 💍🔥

Rainy, cold… and still absolutely perfect.

We had the honor of celebrating Emma & Peyton at Sleepy Hollow Inn with 80 amazing guests — and a menu that truly showed up for everyone.

From a beautiful grazing table to steak skewers, chicken skewers, and burrata crostini to start… straight into a full wood-fired pizza service rolling all night long 🍕🔥

With several celiac and vegan guests, it was one of those nights that perfectly captures what we care about most — making sure everyone feels included at the table 🤍

Rain didn’t slow a thing down — if anything, it made it even cozier.

Grateful to kick off the season like this 🥂

First catering of 2026 ✔️
And definitely a record early start for us!

We had snow just two days ago… and today felt like Thanksgiving with 65° sunshine ☀️🍂 Vermont keeping us on our toes as always.

So happy we could help Horseford’s Nursery kick off their season with a little employee appreciation — and officially kick off ours too.

Here’s to a full (and hopefully slightly less snowy 😅) season ahead!

We officially pulled the pizza oven out of storage 🙌🍕

Spring is trying to show up… so snow, take the hint and stay away 😅

Our first pizza event is April 10th and the season is kicking off!
