Today our residents got moving and had a great time participating in a fun exercise activity! From stretching and light movement to plenty of smiles and laughter, everyone enjoyed staying active together.

Exercise is a wonderful way to support physical health, boost energy, and encourage social connections. We are proud of our residents for giving it their all and making fitness fun!
