My name is Shellie Anderson and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Substance Use Disorder Counselor (LSUDC). As an individual who lives a life in recovery from the use of substances, I became passionate about trying to help others whose lives have been affected by the use of substances, whether that be the substance user themselves or family members whose lives have been af

fected by their loved one's use of substances. Trauma can shape behaviors in ways people may not immediately recognize and is most often the underlying issue behind the use of substances. My approach includes guiding individuals toward self-awareness and resolution using a myriad of different therapeutic modalities.
