Today marks the first day of our Summer Intensive Outpatient Program. We are excited to welcome students into a structured, clinician-led space designed to support social skills, emotional regulation, and peer connection. This is not a traditional summer camp. It is a guided therapeutic environment where middle schoolers can build confidence, practice coping skills, and grow alongside supportive peers.

We had a great time at the Northbrook Chamber's Annual VIP Golf Outing on June 1 as a hole sponsor at Ravinia Green Country Club!

From connecting with local business leaders to sharing more about the support and services we offer in the Northbrook community, it was a day filled with meaningful conversations and new connections.

Thank you to the Northbrook Chamber for hosting such a wonderful event, and to everyone who stopped by to say hello!.

Summer can bring a sense of freedom, but without structure, many kids begin to feel bored, disconnected, or overwhelmed. In our latest blog, we share how simple routines, intentional social opportunities, and balanced screen time can help children build confidence, strengthen friendships, and develop resilience during the summer months. With the right support, summer can be a time of meaningful growth, not just a break from school. Read more on our blog and explore ways to support your child this season: https://buff.ly/reP8Xrd

What an incredible Mental Health Action Day 2026! Last Thursday, our community came together in such a meaningful way with nearly 150 walkers showing up to support connection, awareness, and mental wellness. Together, we raised an amazing $4,200 for Paws For Patrick and could not be more grateful for the impact we created together.

A huge thank you to our 30+ local community sponsors whose generosity helped make this event possible, to our incredible staff who brought energy and heart to every detail, and to Paws For Patrick for the meaningful work they continue to do supporting mental health. We are so thankful to everyone who walked, donated, volunteered, and helped make this year’s event one to remember. Our community showed up in a big way and we are already looking forward to next year. 💛
