I had the honor of holding some time to reset at Lake County Haven
The real work is what they offer these women and their children every day. A safe place to land, and support toward a more stable life. I just brought sound so they could have a little space to breathe.

Hi, I'm Rosemary - your massage therapist.

So glad to be in this new office. My work is simple: help you feel better in your body.

When I'm not here, you'll usually find me training jiu jitsu, on a yoga mat, out for a walk, looking for the moon, or spending time with the people I love. Nature, movement, and this work keep me grounded.

Grateful every day that this is what I get to do.

Congratulations to Black Cat Yoga on turning 10 this week! 🐈‍⬛✨
I’ll be offering a 15-minute sound bath with crystal singing bowls during Vinyasa class this Saturday, August 15 at 3 pm. The sound bath will be during savasana at the end of class.

Progress update! ✨
Remodeling is in full swing at the new cozy space. Walls are getting their fresh paint and everything is starting to come together.
We’re still on track for the first or second week of August — can’t wait to welcome you!
