At Crescent Home Care we do......NOT train your crustaceans.

While we cannot teach your crab to sit, stay, or fetch, Crescent Home Care does provide pet care as part of our services.

We can help feed and walk your pets when your loved one is unable to, because every member of the family deserves a little extra care.

This morning, our Community Liaison, Mike Babicz, attended a breakfast meeting with the Lake-East Continuity of Care Association.

The organization brings together professionals from across healthcare, senior living, home care, hospice, rehabilitation, and other aging services to strengthen communication and help individuals and families experience smoother transitions from one level of care to another.

We are grateful for opportunities like this to build relationships, share resources, and connect with others who are committed to supporting older adults and their families throughout our community.

We recently hosted 'Conversation Project' where attendees had a chance to answer some difficult questions from their own perspective.

One question was 'How would you like to be remembered at your funeral?'

It's a simple question with perhaps a simple answer. But the hard part is when you think about how close you are, today, to that ideal image that you'd want your friends and family to remember you by.

Nothing is easy in life. At Crescent Home Care, we strive to make it slightly less difficult for you and your loved ones as you navigate planned or sudden changes that happen.
