We are ready to announce our next big thing! We have spent a lot of time developing and creating something special here at Deep Breaths Counseling and Mental Performance! We wanted to create something that all people could use and that anyone could recall when needed. Thus, we present the DBC Method! Detect. Breathe. Choose. In this Blog post we discuss what this is and give some examples of its applicability in golf, soccer, and hockey. However it is applicable to all sports, disciplines, performers and leaders. We look forward to continuing our work with these populations and implementing this strategy to the highest degree!
