Medical Records FAX #: 940-553-2971 Wilbarger General Hospital has a 24-bed Med/Surg unit located on the newly-renovated 3rd Floor.

Wilbarger General Hospital’s mission is to provide quality healthcare and to inspire wellness in our community by combining the science of healing with the art of caring. The Alternatives Program which is an outpatient behavioral health program for senior adults is located on the 2nd Floor. The Hospital Home Health department is located on the 2nd Floor. Located on the 1st Floor are the Radiology, Laboratory, Rehabilitation and Emergency Departments. The Radiology and Laboratory Departments feature state of the art diagnostic equipment, and the Rehabilitation Department offers a full line of therapy services. The Emergency Department is a Level IV Trauma ER with a doctor on duty in the ER 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our Wilbarger General Hospital team showed up in pink to support Breast Cancer Awareness Month! 🎀

Behind every pink shirt is a message of hope—honoring survivors, encouraging those facing breast cancer, remembering those we’ve lost, and supporting the families beside them.

Early detection matters, and regular screening mammograms are an important part of breast health. WGH is proud to offer 3D mammography, bringing advanced breast imaging close to home. Talk with your healthcare provider about when to begin screening and how often to schedule your mammogram. 💗

💙 Happy Physical Therapy Month! 💙

This month, we celebrate the dedicated physical therapists (PTs) and physical therapist assistants (PTAs) who help people move better, feel stronger, and live more independently.

From helping patients recover after surgery or injury to managing chronic conditions and improving balance, mobility, and quality of life, PTs and PTAs make a lasting difference every day. Their expertise, compassion, encouragement, and commitment inspire progress—one step at a time.
