Power trucks are parked at our store and turned power off for us and others down Dawkins St. They are apparently repairing something on our circuit so we are without power while they finish what they are doing.

AT&T have restored services. We will be back operational tomorrow. We apologize for the inconvenience AT&T has caused everyone. We were informed it was a massive outage that took out fiber optic, many standard line internet, and some cellular towers. We hope AT&T will improve their network that we were promised would be very reliable.

Security protocols require us to use a hard landline for our processing, which prevents us from using sattelite, wi-fi, or cellular alternatives based on our last protocol inspection. Mediacom has proven to be more unreliable, so we are looking at alternative backup operations, considering AT&T having such a large amount of outages, that will at least allow us to process prescriptions and use debit cards, even if phone services are out.

Once again, AT&T fiber optic network is out. Our business and HIPPAA regulation require a hardwire, non wireless, non-wi-fi connection. This eliminates most other internet options, but we are in the works to find a solution. Fiber Optic is expensive and we were promised a robust network connection with our very high monthly rate. We have have had continuous outages that is everything but robust.

At this time we are unable to process anything theough insurance, receive any new scripts, or use debit/credit at this time. We apologize for this continual problem.

We are in the process of finding a way around these ridiculous continuous outages.

Unfortunately AT&T has a severed major fiber optic line.

This has cut off our phones, any ability to process any prescription through insurance, receive any prescriptions from doctors, or process any debit/credit (cash onky).

AT&T estimates that it may take up until tomorrow to repair.

We will remain open for a while, but will most likely shut it down for the day since we are unable to do anything. We can't even receive phone calls.

We greatly apologize for this inconvenience that is beyond our control.

Once again, AT&T has another damaged fiber optic cable. We have no phones, we cannot process prescriptions, and we cannot use debit/cr3sit cards - cash only.

It is looking like it may be an all day repair and we may shut it down early because we are dead in the water for now.

We apologize for this. Everything should be fine by tomorrow and we will be open 9-12 tomorrow.

Good news.

Our Medicaid renewal has finally been approved after many weeks of delays in Tallahassee. It should take a day or two for the the Managed Healthcare companies such as Sunshine health to catch up and flip the switch so prescriptions can finally be processed under Medicaid. However, we have been warned it can take up to 5 business days to activate with the managed Healthcare companies.

We appreciate your patience as this renewal process has never taken this long before. 30 years of renewals and it was never more than a few days delay. We were at the mercy of officials and their apparent backlog. Check with us after this weekend and I imagine the managed Healthcare companies will finally start allowing us to process prescriptions again.

We know this was a hassle and we appreciate each of you understanding.

As of this morning AT&T fiber optics are still down. A major line was cut, and while the regular lines are repaired, fiber optic takes more effort, time, and precision to splice. We have no ETA on repair, but we assume it will be sometime today.

As of now we have no way of communication. We have no phones. We are unable to process any new refills or new prescriptions. We are also unable to take debit/credit cards at this time.

Reat assured we are here and waiting to diligently get hard to work and play catch up the moment we are back online.

We apologize for this inconvenience and we promise to get your scripts filled as soon as possible.once we are back up.

ATT fiber optic networks are out in the local area and they said to expect outage until 2 am

That being said, we are.unable to process any prescriptions, nor can be accepted credit/debit cards until ATT resolves the local outage. We are also unable to receive phone calls.

We will remain open a short while, but may go ahead and close for the day since we are not really able to do anything.
