To our patients with upcoming appointments, please be advised:

We have transitioned to a new EMR software system and are experiencing some delays in our check in process. This is primarily due to patient demographic and insurance information not transferring over completely from our old EMR system. To expedite the check in process, please be prepared to show your insurance card and picture ID when you arrive. This is a necessary part of setting up your chart and registering you in our new system.
Once registered, you will be sent instructions on how to set up your new patient portal. We request that you set your account up as soon as possible so you will have access to your chart and be able to send messages and request medications.

We realize change can be difficult and thank you for your patience as we navigate through the learning process of the new system.

Dear Patients: Since the beginning of the year, there have been many insurance plans that have changed the approved brand of glucose meter on their formulary. Notifications should have been mailed to you before January 1, 2026. To improve efficiency and reduce delays, please verify with your health insurance provider which glucose meter brands are covered under your plan before requesting a prescription or prior authorization. This will help us to prescribe the appropriate meter and supplies accurately from the beginning and eliminate any delays in getting you what you need in a timely manner. We appreciate your assistance in this matter. Thank you.
