⚠️ Important Update for our Live Oak Family ⚠️

We want to inform you of a recent product recall issued by American Regent, Inc. Animal Health regarding Adequan® Canine Injection (100 mg/mL, 5mL).

The recalled lot numbers for dogs are:
● 25011
● 3369
*(Note: There is also a recall for Adequan® i.m. Injection for horses, lot numbers 24416 and 25265P, but this does not pertain to our clients or our clinic's supply.)*

✅ Our Clinics Are Clear
We have thoroughly checked the inventory at both our Miracle Mile and Oslo Road locations, and we do not have any of the recalled lots in stock. Our current, safe lot numbers are 26010, 25406, and 25445.

🏡 What You Should Do
While we have no record of sending these recalled lot numbers home with any of our clients, we still highly recommend double-checking your vials at home just to be completely safe! The lot number can be found printed directly on the label of the vial.
