Astrid Nicole Riggs Hamilton, 48, transitioned unexpectedly on July16, 2026. She was the wife of the late Charles Hamilton and the mother of a devoted son, Obadiah Hamilton. A Memorial Service is being planned and will be announced. Morgan Funeral Home entrusted with arrangements.

Celebration of life for Levi Fishback Jr.

Levi Fishback Jr., 67, departed this life on June 19, 2026. He leaves to cherish his memory his children, Jenisha Watts Osei (Ben), Terry Obrian Taylor(Teleeika), and Nikki Haskins (Rob).

Levi was many things to many people—a devoted father, loving grandfather, trusted confidant, and loyal friend. His kindness, wisdom, and presence touched the lives of all who knew and loved him, and his memory will forever be carried in their hearts.

He was a lifelong member of Historic Pleasant Green Missionary Baptist Church, where Rev. Samuel U. Peoples serves as Pastor.

Funeral services for Levi Fishback Jr. will be held on Friday, July 3, 2026, at Historic Pleasant Green Missionary Baptist Church. Visitation will take place from 10:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m., with the funeral service immediately following.

The family respectfully requests your continued prayers during this time of bereavement.

Malissa Burrell, 65, was born January 8, 1961, to Eddie Dubois and Levester Sanders in Memphis TN. She resided in Memphis for years and later moved to
Springfield Illinois. She also resided in Nicholasville Ky which she considered her home. She lived a fun-loving and rewarding life. She will be
remembered for her beauty, strength and wisdom.

Malissa gave her heart to the Lord and is at peace.

Malissa was predeceased by her mother, Levester Sanders and her brother, Kelvin Morton.

Malissa leaves a void in the hearts of many; a loving soulmate, Steven Haynes; three children; a daughter,
Dontreal Morton, (TN) and two sons, Donterius Morton, and Marcus
Jackson (IL); ten grandchildren; Tyler, Kobe, London, Abraya, Amarah, Hasani, Omari, Channing, Donterius Jr.
and Rashyia; four sisters, Sandra Palmer, Jackie Morton (IL), Lagretta Morton (IL) and Laticia Benton (Larry); two
brothers, Larry Whitfield (Patricia) and Andre Morton (CO) and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts,
uncles and friends.

Malissa’s wishes will be honored, and she will be transported back to her hometown of Memphis and
memorialized privately among family members in Nicholasville, Memphis and Springfield.
