Meet Kristie, one of our dedicated Care Coordinators at OSPT in Versailles! For the past three years, Kristie has been helping patients navigate their therapy journey with compassion, organization, and exceptional customer service.

From coordinating schedules to ensuring each patient has a positive experience from start to finish, Kristie plays a vital role in keeping our clinic running smoothly. Her attention to detail, strong communication skills, and patient-centered approach make her an invaluable member of our team.

Outside of work, Kristie enjoys serving others through her involvement with children with special needs and supporting charitable organizations like the Tim Tebow Foundation. She also loves interior design and finding unique treasures through thrifting.

Meet Skylar, a Physical Therapist specializing in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation with a passion for helping patients move better, recover fully, and get back to doing what they love.

Skylar's clinical interests include orthopedic and sports injuries, performance-focused rehabilitation, balance training, and functional movement restoration. As a dry needling certified clinician, she combines hands-on treatment with evidence-based care to help patients achieve their goals and return to an active lifestyle.

She also has an interest in working with older adults, helping improve balance, mobility, and confidence while reducing fall risk and promoting independence.

When she's not in the clinic, Skylar enjoys outdoor adventures and spending time with her dog. Her active lifestyle reflects the same energy and commitment she brings to helping her patients live life to the fullest.

We’re excited to highlight Tyler, a dedicated Physical Therapist and Clinical Director with seven years of experience in outpatient orthopedics. From ACL rehabilitation and sports injuries to balance training and fall prevention, Tyler is passionate about helping patients return to the activities and lifestyles they love.

A former college basketball player, Tyler has a special interest in working with local athletes, guiding them through recovery and back to peak performance. He is equally committed to helping older adults stay safe, strong, and independent so they can continue enjoying a high quality of life.

Tyler began his career in Versailles and is grateful to be back serving the community that helped shape him. Outside the clinic, he is a proud husband and father of three, actively involved at Centerpoint Church in Lexington, and dedicated to building meaningful relationships throughout the community.
