Happy New Year, Temple Tribe.

I wanted to take a moment to say thank you. Truly. This past year, you all continued to show up for me and because of that, you helped keep Renewed Temple alive. That does not go unnoticed.

I recently shared more through email about how hectic life can be. Juggling so many things at once, it’s easy to get caught up and forget yourself. I understand that deeply because I do it too. Even as a wellness provider, I have moments where I put myself last. But I’ve learned that having systems in place makes it easier to pause, decompress, and clear your mind before burnout sets in.

That’s why I’ve been so intentional about creating my memberships. I’ve even considered making Renewed Temple a membership-based practice because I genuinely enjoy seeing your faces on a regular basis. I know who loves the heated table and who doesn’t. I know who prefers Jolly Ranchers over chocolate after their session. I remember your conditions and always keep them in mind when you’re on my table. I notice when it’s a busy season and I don’t see you for a while, and I can feel when your energy is off and you just need a moment to breathe. You all feel like extended family, and I care deeply for each of you.

I’m naturally an introvert, and I rarely feel camera ready. For goodness sake, I do massage, so why would I be? But this year, I plan to show up more here. I want to share what I actually know about this part of the wellness world, what I’ve learned from the people I serve, and how I plan to continue making the experience better, even if I only have you for 60 minutes.
