Knee health starts at the hip! 🦵✨

Your core and hips play a major role in how your knees move. When the glutes and lateral hip stabilizers are weak, the thigh can rotate inward, causing poor knee tracking and added stress on the joint.

For this Wellness Wednesday, take 5 minutes to activate those hips with lateral band walks or side lying clamshells.
You can even use a band for extra resistance.

Strong hips help create stable knees and better movement from the ground up.

Frozen shoulder often starts gradually, but over time even simple movements can become frustrating and painful. Stiffness begins quietly, movement becomes limited, and pain can continue to increase if left untreated.

Without early care, everyday activities like reaching, lifting, driving, or even getting dressed can become difficult. The good news is that early attention can help restore movement and improve shoulder function before the condition worsens.

If shoulder stiffness or pain is slowing you down, Dr. Bramlett and the team are here to help you get back to moving comfortably again.

Shoulder pain that won’t go away could be more than just soreness. In this video, Dr. Bramlett explains how a bone spur in the shoulder can limit movement, cause pain, and keep patients from rotating their shoulder normally.

Sometimes, a minimally invasive procedure is the best way to remove the irritation, restore mobility, and help patients get back to living without constant discomfort. The goal is simple. Relieve pain, improve movement, and protect the joint long term.

If your shoulder pain is affecting daily life, it may be time to get it evaluated.

People asking where I was and what Band I was playing with, this was a Bramlett family wedding celebration.

The bride and groom are proudly wearing custom belts with each other’s names on the back. It’s a Bramlett family tradition inspired by the old “redneck girl’s got her name on the back of her belt” song, turning it into a personal and unforgettable part of the celebration.

For the Bramlett family, these belts and “Texas wedding rings” mean more than a traditional gold band. The couple even chose rings in their favorite team colors. Auburn blue and orange for one, Alabama crimson and white for the other.

Props to Mustache The Band! It was an honor and pleasure playing with them.

Some traditions are just too good not to pass down.
