🎃🧡WHAT A BOO-TIFUL TIME WE HAD AT MERCY HOUSE VICTORIA! 👻🍬Our hearts (&candy buckets!) are FULL after such a wonderful Trunk or Treat celebration! A HUGE thank you to our amazing community, community partners, friends, families & incredible staff who came together to make this event so special! From the creative trunks & adorable costumes to the laughter, sweet treats & precious moments shared with our residents, it was an afternoon filled with SO MUCH JOY!🥰Seeing generations come together, little ones showing off their costumes & our residents enjoying every moment is exactly what makes events like these so meaningful.❤️
We are truly blessed to be surrounded by a community that continues to show up & LOVE on our Mercy House family!👻🎃

🎨🐦We enjoyed painting birdhouses & coloring, each one adding his/her own special touches to every creation. From choosing colors🖍️to sharing conversation around the table, these moments are about so much more than the finished artwork.💕Creative activities offer opportunities for self-expression, practicing fine motor skills & enjoying time together. We love seeing our residents create in their own way &at their own pace!🖌️🏡

💗🎀A little pink, a whole lot of love! Our Mercy House staff & a few of our precious residents joined together for a PINK OUT in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month! From pink shirts to pink nails, we’re showing our love for everyone whose life has been touched by breast cancer.
🌸We honor survivors, encourage those facing treatment &lovingly remember those we have lost. To every individual & family walking this journey: you are in our hearts &prayers.💕

🎶A little stretching, a little dancing & a whole lot of fun!💃💪We got to moving with Sittercise & seated Zumba! From reaching up high to stepping to the beat, everyone was encouraged to participate at their own pace💕
👯‍♀️Moving together makes exercise a wonderful time for music, laughter & cheering one another on. 🕺Just look at our folks getting into the groove!🥰
