We manage skilled nursing facilities, a managed care plan, a NP services group, & a Pharmacy.

On behalf of Dwyer Workforce Development, Regency Integrated Health Services manages more than 60 non-profit skilled nursing facilities across Texas with more than 6,000 team members. Additionally, Regency Integrated Health Services manages a Medicare Advantage Plan, a Pharmacy, and a Nurse Practitioner Company.

September brought plenty of reasons to celebrate and enjoy time together across our network. We celebrated Healthy Aging Month, commemorated Patriot Day, and kicked off Hispanic Heritage Month with wonderful 16 de Septiembre celebrations filled with culture, tradition, and ! We also celebrated with team members during Environmental Services & Housekeeping Week and National Rehabilitation Awareness Week.

September gave us one last taste of summer before welcoming cooler days, changing leaves, and all the fun that comes with a new season. So long, September! 🍁🎃☕️

Our Corporate Recruiting Team and Central Region team members had a great time attending the 2026 SHRM Coastal Bend Annual Conference! 🎉

Representing our network were Recruiting Manager Michelle, Corporate Recruiters Christie and Valerie, and Human Resources Coordinators Janie, Sharisse, and Jeanette. From team member engagement and retention to leadership development, workplace resilience, employment law, wellness, and AI in HR, the conference gave us plenty of ideas and fresh perspectives to bring back to our teams!
